As of Sept 1, 2022, incoming fund transfers to ING have been disabled in line with their PH retail exit.

 

Indirect Transfer Via RCBC

1. Transfer funds from Diskartech to RCBC (InstaPay).

2. Transfer funds from RCBC to ING (additional Indirect Transfers through other banks).
