As of Sept 1, 2022, incoming fund transfers to ING have been disabled in line with their PH retail exit.

OPTION 1: Indirect Transfer Via ShopeePay

1. Transfer funds from PNB to ShopeePay (Dragonpay Bills Payment).

2. Transfer funds from ShopeePay to ING (InstaPay).

OPTION 2: Indirect Transfer Via CIMB

1. Transfer funds from PNB to CIMB (Dragonpay Bills Payment).

2. Transfer funds from CIMB to ING (InstaPay).
