OPTION 1: Load E-wallet via BPI App
Transfer Mode: Real-time
1. Go to the BPI App and login.
2. Click on Payments/Load - Load E-wallet.
3. Select Paymaya/Maya under Load To. Supply the rest of the information. Make sure the account number you indicate is the mobile number registered under your Maya Business account.
4. Follow the subsequent in-app instructions.
OPTION 2: BPI Preferred
Note: This FREE option is only available for BPI Preferred Clients.
Transfer Mode: InstaPay
1. Go to the BPI App and login.
2. Click on Transfers - Transfer Money.
3. Select your BPI account, enter amount, and select Transfer to Another Bank - PayMaya / Maya.
4. Follow the in-app instructions. Make sure the account number you indicate is the mobile number registered under your Maya Business account.
